Day 61, June 24, Ruckersville, Stanardsville, Gordonsville, VA
Early start today reaped big benefits in Traveling from Ruckersville to Stanardsville, the absolutely beautiful and scenic Skyline Drive then the other direction to Gordonsville, with good roads and great weather, at least till the sunny day made it hot and humid at the end of the ride. This was the most challenging day since Whitesburg, with serious elevation getting up to the Skyline Drive.
